Baked Brie with Red Chile Pepper Jelly

3 Tablespoons Texas Traditions Red Chile Pepper Jelly
1/4 cup pecans
One 8 oz brie
1 thawed puff pastry

Place 8-ounce brie in center of thawed puff pastry sheet. Spoon three tablespoons of Red Chili Pepper Jelly atop brie, sprinkle 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans over jelly. Bring corners of pastry to middle of brie; twist into knot. Press seams to seal. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush pastry with a mixture of egg and milk or water. Bake in oven-to-table dish for 20-25 minutes, until pastry is puffed and pale brown. Let stand 10-20 minutes. Serve with toast or crackers.
